1 Check-in & Check-out Timings
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or delayed check-out is subject to room availability on that day and may attract additional hourly or half-day charges at management discretion.
2 Mandatory Guest Identification
Every guest staying at Westend Hotel must present a valid government-approved original photo ID with address proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter Card, or Driving License) during reception check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identity proof as per government norms.
3 Booking Advance & Payment Policy
A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to secure your room reservation. The remaining balance amount along with applicable dining and incidental charges must be settled in full upon physical check-in or checkout via UPI, Card, or Cash.
4 Cancellation & Rescheduling Rules
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the arrival date qualify for a partial refund or date modification credit voucher. Cancellations requested within 7 days of the scheduled check-in or on peak holiday dates (Long Weekends, Diwali, Christmas, New Year) are non-refundable.
5 Swimming Pool & Lawn Etiquette
Appropriate nylon or lycra swimwear is mandatory for using the swimming pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times around water bodies. Glassware, personal speakers, and rough play are strictly prohibited in the pool zone.
6 Heritage Property Care & Noise Regulations
Our estate contains colonial teak woodwork and vintage architectural decor. Any intentional destruction or breakage of hotel property will be billed directly to the guest. In compliance with Matheran Eco-Zone noise control regulations, loud outdoor music is discontinued after 10:00 PM.
7 Jurisdiction & Legal Authority
Any disputes, operational claims, or legal matters arising out of bookings, transactions, or stays at Westend Hotel shall be governed under the laws of the Republic of India and subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raigad District, Maharashtra.
